Our winter tours
Discover Mongolia in winter, with its brilliant white snow and clear blue skies, experience its freezing, Siberian temperatures. Tours for groups of 2/3, 4 people.
Each tour includes a 4x4 van, a driver (mechanic), unlimited mileage and petrol. An additional van is used for groups of 6 people or more. Any domestic flights that are part of the tour programme are included in the price. A French or English-speaking interpreter and guide is included. For your comfort, full board accommodation in a yurt (heated by wood-burning stove) or guesthouse (hostel) is included in the tour price. Typical meals will include vegetables, cereals, meat and fruit. Please bring a thermal sleeping bag (suitable for cold climates), as these are not provided. Entrance fees to National Parks are included. Please consult us for more information on prices for family groups. For independent travellers, please contact us if you wish to join a group. We will confirm our availabilities 30 days in advance of the trip departure. Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been received by Internet.
Our tours include the following :
* Transfers from the airport/station/guesthouse (hostel) or hotel in Ulan Bator.
* Any domestic flights that are part of the tour programme are included in the price.
* Transport in 4x4, with driver (mechanic), unlimited mileage and petrol.
* Full board for the duration of the tour.
* A French or English-speaking interpreter.
* A cook
* Entrance fees to national parks, monasteries…
* Accommodation in heated yurts or in guesthouses (hostels)
Our tours DO NOT include the following :
* International flights
* Train ticket reservations (please see the corresponding form in the RESERVATION section of our website)
* Accommodation at our guesthouse (hostel) on your arrival in and departure from Ulan Bator (prices range from 5 € to 15 € on average) or at a local hotel (prices range from 60 € to 80 € on average).
* No hotel, campsite, guesthouse, or hostel accommodation is included in our programmes or prices.
* Meals in Ulan Bator on your arrival or departure (meal prices range from 5 to 10 € on average).
* Drinks, tips and pocket money while in Ulan Bator and during the tour.
* Duvets and sleeping bags are not provided.
PAYMENT:
* A deposit of 150€ per tour must be put down in order to make a reservation.
* Once your deposit is received, an invoice will be sent to you by Internet.
* The balance must be paid on arrival. Please bring cash in Euros or US dollars.
* Payment is required in advance for the issue of train and flight tickets.
